A system is not defined by what an organization uses. Tools, processes, frameworks, assessments — these are components. A system is the structure that governs how those components interact: how decisions move across them, how consistency is maintained between them, and how outcomes are shaped by more than individual actions.

 

OMOS establishes that governing structure.
