OMOS Governed Execution™ is the constitutional state an authorized organizational response enters the moment it crosses from decision into action. That crossing point — where constitutional authority formally transfers from governance into execution — is deliberately explicit within OMOS, rather than informal or undocumented, which is how most organizations actually operate today: a decision is made, and the connection between that decision and the work that follows exists only in memory, email threads, or nothing at all.

OMOS Assessment Library Factory™
OMOS Assessment Library Factory™ is where a governed Assessment Expression™ is actually created. An organizational capability and the operating context it applies to are combined here into a specific, structured assessment — never assembled ad hoc, and never varying in the constitutional discipline applied from one assessment to the next. The Factory's sole responsibility is manufacturing: it does not publish, does not certify for release, and does not manage what happens to an assessment after it leaves the Factory's hands.
That narrow scope is deliberate. By keeping manufacturing constitutionally separate from publication and lifecycle governance, the Factory can produce assessments across an unlimited range of organizational capabilities and industries without those downstream responsibilities ever blurring into its own.
OMOS Repository™
OMOS Repository™ holds governed publication, certification, and lifecycle authority over every Assessment Expression™ the Factory produces. The Repository does not re-certify manufacturing decisions the Factory has already made — its constitutional responsibility begins where the Factory's ends, governing what happens to a completed assessment afterward: its draft state, its formal certification, its publication, and eventually its retirement.
Every governed assessment moves through the same sequence before it ever reaches an organization — drafted, declared, certified, published, and, when appropriate, retired — in that order, without exception. No assessment reaches publication without certification. None is quietly withdrawn without being formally retired. This lifecycle discipline is what makes an OMOS assessment result verifiable and auditable long after it's been delivered, not just credible at the moment it's produced.
OMOS Assessment Expressions™
OMOS Assessment Expressions™ are the governed organizational understanding a completed assessment ultimately produces — the output every other part of the ecosystem depends on. Leadership decision-making, downstream execution, and organizational learning all rely on an Assessment Expression™ being trustworthy, repeatable, and defensible, which is precisely what manufacturing through the Factory and governance through the Repository are designed to guarantee before an Assessment Expression™ ever reaches that stage.
An Assessment Expression™ is not a survey result or a consultant's opinion. It is a governed instrument, classified precisely enough that leadership always knows exactly what organizational capability was assessed, in what context, and why the result can be trusted — combining an OMOS Organizational Domain™, an applicable OMOS Business Genre™, and an applicable OMOS Niche Genre™ into one governed, addressable result.
OMOS Organizational Domain™
OMOS Organizational Domain™ identifies the organizational capability, discipline, or functional responsibility that a given Assessment Expression™ is built to examine — Asset Management, Cybersecurity, Finance, Organizational Right-Sizing, or any other capability an enterprise needs governed understanding of. It answers a single question: what organizational capability actually requires governed understanding here?
Organizational Domain™ is a first-class classification dimension in its own right, not a subordinate detail of industry or operating context. The same constitutional architecture that governs an Asset Management assessment in a mining operation governs a Cybersecurity assessment in a hospital — the Organizational Domain™ changes, the governing architecture does not.
OMOS Business Genre™
OMOS Business Genre™ defines the business or industry context within which an Assessment Expression™ is applied — Mining, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Banking, and the rest. It answers a different question than Organizational Domain™: not what capability is being assessed, but in what business environment the organization being assessed actually operates.
Business Genre™ and Organizational Domain™ are orthogonal, not hierarchical — an Assessment Expression™ is formed by combining both, along with an applicable Niche Genre™ where warranted, rather than one dimension nesting inside another. That distinction is what allows the same Organizational Domain™ to be assessed accurately across entirely different industries without the underlying architecture changing.
OMOS Niche Genre™
OMOS Niche Genre™ defines an optional specialization within an applicable OMOS Business Genre™, used when additional operating-context specificity materially improves the governed organizational understanding an assessment produces — Open Pit Mining versus Underground Mining, or Distribution Utilities versus a broader Utilities designation. It answers the most specific of the three classification questions: within this business environment, what specialized operating context actually applies?
Niche Genre™ is deliberately optional. Where an organizational question doesn't require industry-specific precision, an Assessment Expression™ can remain general at the Business Genre™ level — the architecture only adds specificity where specificity genuinely improves the understanding leadership receives.

The OMOS Constitutional Governance Interface™ is the boundary where constitutional authority formally transfers from governance into execution. That traceability is the entire point. An organization can execute a substantial amount of authorized work without ever confirming whether the organization actually improved as a result — completing work and achieving organizational change are not the same fact, even though they're frequently treated as if they were. OMOS Governed Execution™ exists specifically so that connection is never lost: execution evidence is produced, that evidence is measured through a deliberate follow-up assessment against what the organization set out to improve, and only that measurement — not the completion of the work itself — is permitted to confirm whether organizational maturity actually changed.
OMOS Organizational Task Manager™
OMOS Organizational Task Manager™ is the execution management capability that operates inside the OMOS Governed Execution™ state, translating an authorized organizational response into real, tracked work — assigned, scheduled, executed, and followed through until it's done. It is not a generic project management tool; its constitutional responsibility is preserving the connection between the work being tracked and the governed reasoning that authorized it, from assignment through completion.
Because OMOS Governed Execution™ is the constitutional state and the Task Manager is one capability operating inside it, future execution capabilities — additional governed execution tooling, automation, or orchestration — can be introduced as further expressions of the same constitutional state, without competing with or replacing the Task Manager's role.
How This Connects to the Rest of the Architecture
